There are moments that remind you how connected this community really is… which makes me elated to share some exciting news.
Like so many great BellRinger stories, this one started with one of our own. A BellRinger Rider introduced us to the team at Henceforth, and from our very first conversations, it was clear that we shared something important. We both believe that meaningful experiences are built around bringing people together. Whether it’s gathering over a great meal, sharing a drink with friends, or crossing a BellRinger finish line, the moments we remember most are the ones we experience alongside others.
That’s why I’m excited to announce Henceforth as BellRinger’s first official Beer Partner as we celebrate our milestone fifth anniversary Ride this October.
For a business that recently celebrated its own first anniversary, Henceforth has already become a special addition to Washington D.C.’s H Street community. Co-founders Mike Spinello and Ben Mullett have poured (no pun intended) an incredible amount of thought, creativity, and craftsmanship into building a space that feels welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. Their vision extends well beyond brewing exceptional beer. They set out to create a place where conversations happen, friendships grow, and people feel connected to their neighborhood.
That spirit feels remarkably familiar to us. BellRinger has always been about more than one day on the bike. It’s about the relationships formed throughout the year, the people who continue showing up for one another, and the shared belief that we can make a difference in the fight against cancer. When organizations with similar values come together, great things can happen.
As we prepare to welcome Riders, volunteers, supporters, and families back for our fifth Ride, I’m grateful to have partners like Henceforth joining us for this milestone year. Their support represents another step forward for BellRinger and another example of our community continuing to grow in exciting ways.
